This is a lazy soup. You don’t need to season it yourself. It uses miso ramen soup and is very simple to make.

Prepare materials;

Clean, wash and cut the spinach into small pieces;

Put an appropriate amount of water in a small pot;

When the water starts to bubble, add the bonito flakes;

After boiling, cook for a while, remove the bonito flakes and discard them;

Add spinach;

Add a bag of miso ramen seasoning;

After boiling, pour in the beaten eggs;

Boil again until the egg liquid floats.
