Millet Pumpkin Cake
Overview
Millet has small particles, light yellow or dark yellow color, and hard texture. It is a common crop in the north. It has the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, harmonizing the kidneys, removing heat and detoxifying. It is generally used to make porridge and is known as "Ginseng Soup". Wash the millet and soak in water until soft (1 hour)

Pour away the water and use a food processor to make a paste. Filter it with fine gauze to dry it (I made it at night, and the paste took a whole night to control)

Cook the pumpkin in the microwave and let cool

Separate the egg yolks and add 5 grams of sugar and stir well

Add 5 grams of sugar to the egg yolks and stir well. Stir in the millet flour and mix well. Sift in the low flour and baking powder and mix well

Add white wine to egg whites and beat sugar into dry foam

Add to the batter in batches, stir well and pour into the steaming tray to knock out air bubbles

Stir in pumpkin puree
