  1. Wash the millet and soak in water until soft (1 hour)

  2. Pour away the water and use a food processor to make a paste. Filter it with fine gauze to dry it (I made it at night, and the paste took a whole night to control)

  3. Cook the pumpkin in the microwave and let cool

  5. Add 5 grams of sugar to the egg yolks and stir well. Stir in the millet flour and mix well. Sift in the low flour and baking powder and mix well

  6. Add white wine to egg whites and beat sugar into dry foam
