Wash potatoes and peel them

Cut into thick slices (not too thin, it will break easily)

Cut into strips with a serrated knife

Rinse off excess starch with clean water, 2-3 times

Heat oil in a pan. Don’t use too much oil. I fried it in two steps

Fry the oil in a pan with 70% oil temperature. Fry slowly over low heat for about a minute. You can fry it for a little longer if it is rotten. The potatoes are easy to cook

Fry until the surface is golden brown, remove and control oil

In a clean basin, add three spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of mature vinegar, two spoons of sesame oil, and two spoons of chili oil

Pour in the potato strips and stir evenly

Add onions, coriander, and barbecue ingredients (if you don’t like onions, you can omit the coriander. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili powder, or replace it with cumin powder)

Mix well and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds
