Minced Pork Tofu

This is my baby’s home-cooked dish, minced pork and tofu!

Prepare the ingredients and soak the tofu you bought in water for a while.

Cut the tofu into small pieces (I crushed it on the way back from buying it), slap on two cloves of garlic and set aside.

Chop the pork into mince.

Heat oil in a cold pan, add minced meat and stir-fry a few times (this will prevent the minced meat from clumping into lumps).

Turn up the heat and stir-fry continuously, add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry the minced meat until slightly yellow, then add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the tofu again.

Add a bowl of water, bring to a boil then turn to low heat and simmer.

Adjust appropriate amount of corn starch and gravy (mix salt, soy sauce and corn starch evenly).

When simmering until the water is almost dry, add the cornstarch and cornstarch and stir-fry over high heat for a few times.

Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion.
