Prepare the ingredients (soak the red beans half a day in advance).

Soak the dried vegetables for about 20 minutes.

Blanch the pork bones and clean them.

Put the pork bones and red beans into the pot, add the ginger slices and water and start to simmer.

Wash the soaked vegetables and cut them into sections.

After the pot is boiling, add the dried vegetables and continue to simmer for about two hours.

Finally add appropriate amount of salt.
