Potatoes are really a necessity on the dinner table. In addition to shredding, you can also slice it. Today’s home-cooked dish is delicious sliced potatoes.

Prepare ingredients

Slice the potatoes and shred the onions, ginger and pepper. Cut tomatoes into cubes

Heat the two ingredients in the picture below in a hot oil pan, stir-fry three times and add a spoonful of light soy sauce

Stir fry the potato slices for a few times

Cover and simmer for about two minutes
