Eggs are rich in nutrients, and when combined with other ingredients and fried into egg dumplings, they will instantly make you feel classy. Because I was impatient, I fried the small egg dumplings into large egg dumplings.

  1. Add chopped shiitake mushrooms and chopped water chestnuts to the meat filling, then add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper, mix well and set aside.

  2. Beat 5 eggs with appropriate amount of salt into egg liquid.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan, add a small amount of oil, beat in a spoonful of egg liquid, fry until the bottom is solidified and the surface is moist, then add the filling in the middle. (This step of frying the egg is very important, do not fry the egg until it is completely solid, otherwise it will not be able to cover the filling)

  4. Scoop up one end, wrap the stuffing and fry until the meat and eggs are cooked through. Do the same with the remaining egg mixture.

  5. Finished product.
