Crush donkey-hide gelatin through the packaging

Pour rice wine into a large bowl and soak for 2---3 days

Fried sesame seeds

Prepare longan meat

Put the walnut kernels in the oven at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes

Red dates pitted

Put water in the pot, put the donkey-hide gelatin bowl into the pot, stir with a spoon until all the donkey-hide gelatin melts (low heat)

Add rock sugar and continue stirring until all rock sugar melts (low heat)

Add walnuts and longan meat and mix well

After coating the gelatin liquid evenly,

Add red dates and mix well

Then add black sesame seeds and mix well

Cover the container with thick plastic wrap, pour in donkey-hide gelatin, let it cool, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours

After 24 hours, remove the plastic wrap

Just slice it
