Prepare materials

Knead all the ingredients except butter in the order of liquid first and then powder. Knead until soft and fluffy for about 40 minutes. Add softened butter and continue kneading until it reaches an expanded state and perform basic fermentation

Put it in the oven to ferment, put a bowl of water at the bottom of the oven, and ferment until it doubles in size

Take out the exhaust, divide it into 8 equal parts and roll into balls, let it rest for 15 minutes

Put the honey beans into the rolled out dough, roll it into a round shape and put it into a non-stick mold. Put the other two aside to prevent it from swelling too much

Continue to ferment until the mold is 8 to 9 minutes full. Brush with egg wash and add almond slices

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven, heat up and down to 175 degrees, for 25 minutes. Cover with tin foil after browning during baking
