I haven’t eaten steamed buns for a long time. Turns out there was no steamer. Changed to fried buns.

Make dough in the morning. Flour plus yeast plus water.

Add seasonings to the meat filling, appropriate amount of salt, melon seed oil, water and soy sauce. Chopped green onion, minced coriander.

Make buns.

Take a non-stick pan, put a little melon seed oil on low heat. Place the buns, fry for two minutes, then add boiling water, there won't be much water. Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
