Overview
When making the soup, I added too much water and starch. In addition, the soup was supposed to be poured on top, but I forgot to add salt. I already poured a portion of it into the pot and mixed it. Then I added a little salt and stir-fried it, but it didn't turn out very well.

Prepare the ingredients. I don’t like tomatoes that are too sour, so I don’t add them.

Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the wok, add the meat and fry until cooked.

Add mushrooms and onions and stir-fry for a few times

Add tomato paste and stir-fry until mushrooms are almost cooked.

Prepare half a bowl of water starch, pour it into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add an appropriate amount of pepper and salt.

After the water boils, cook the noodles for about 7 minutes, take them out and run them under cold water. If you like a greasy feeling, you can add olive oil and then add the soup.
