One head of green cabbage, about 500 grams;

Peel off the old skin and cut in half;

Shred half and slice half.

Mix the shredded green cabbage with 0.5 teaspoon of salt and let it sit for 10 minutes. Cut 1 dried sea pepper into pieces;

Add 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil, fry the sea peppers over high heat until they become spicy and fragrant, squeeze out the water and add shredded green cabbage, add 0.5 teaspoon of MSG, stir well and shovel it into a plate.

Drain slices under cold water and add 1/3 teaspoon of rapeseed oil;

Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of MSG, pour in water starch (0.5 teaspoon of pea starch plus 3 times the water) and mix well;
