Valentine’s Day Dessert【Chocolate Tiramisu】
Overview
I made chocolate lava cake on the eve of Valentine's Day last year. This year, a classmate asked me what dessert is suitable for this holiday. After much deliberation, tiramisu is the most suitable: simple, delicious and meaningful. To match this special day, hot chocolate and GANACHE are used instead of traditional coffee and liqueur to create a chocolate flavor that is sweet and rich. Whoever eats wants to be taken away.
