Grilled Sweet Potato
Overview
It’s sweet potato season again. I remember last winter, I ate more than a hundred kilograms of sweet potatoes, most of which were roasted like this. It's hot, fragrant and sweet. It's quite happy to hold a hot roasted sweet potato while eating it in the cold winter. Although it's not cold yet, sweet potatoes are already in season, so why not try them first?

Clean the sweet potatoes.

Dry the surface with kitchen paper. At the same time, preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

Put the sweet potatoes into the middle and lower racks of the preheated oven, first 250 degrees for 40 minutes.

When the time is up, turn the sweet potatoes over and bake for another 30 minutes.

After roasting, pinch the sweet potato with your hands. If it feels soft, it means it is ripe. Otherwise, continue roasting for another ten minutes depending on the situation.
