Salted edamame

Salted edamame

Overview

Edamame is one of the most common ingredients in summer. It is not only delicious, but also extremely nutritious and has many edible effects. People sweat more in summer, and edamame contains a high potassium content. Eating it in summer can help make up for the loss of potassium caused by excessive sweating, thereby alleviating fatigue and loss of appetite caused by loss of potassium. I remember when I was young, my mother would often make this salted edamame dish for us as snacks during this season. It was both delicious and satisfying, and we couldn’t get enough of it. Even now, my love for it has not changed!
