Cut tenderloin into strips.

Add salt and starch and mix well.

Put two drops of oil to moisten the pork and stir well together.

Use fried powder (or flour), add water and stir until it becomes sticky. Dip each tenderloin in with chopsticks, deep-fry, remove and set aside.

Then adjust the sauce: add oil, pour in tomato sauce (tomato sauce), add white vinegar and white sugar, stir evenly until it becomes thick.

Pour the meat into the prepared sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Stir evenly, reduce the juice over high heat, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. (You don’t have to use it if you don’t have it)
