Avocado and Pear Salad—a zero-difficulty and highly nutritious salad
Overview
Upon hearing the name of this dish, most friends may think that it is made by dicing avocado and pear and then mixing it with salad dressing, NONONO! In fact, I only started eating avocado recently. You can supplement its rich nutritional value online. I used it to make a milkshake a while ago and it tasted good. Today I used it to make a sweet and refreshing salad. I came across this salad accidentally. I originally wanted to mash ripe avocados with sugar and eat them directly. I felt that it was a bit greasy after eating too much, but the taste was quite good, but my son didn’t buy it, so I had an idea and thought that it would go well with pears, so I cut it into a salad. I mixed the fragrant pears together and it was really delicious. Even my son said it was delicious. After pairing the slightly greasy avocado puree with the sweet and refreshing fragrant pears, it didn’t feel greasy at all. It tasted like a fruit salad, but it was much healthier than a salad dressing with a high oil content! Am I very witty, haha... Something to note is that the avocado used in this salad must be fully ripe, that is, it can be easily inserted with a spoon after being cut, and the skin can be separated from the flesh by pinching it with your hands.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut a fully ripe avocado in half vertically and remove the core.
-
Scoop out half of the fruit. (The other half should also be eaten as soon as possible, preferably not overnight, otherwise the surface will turn black and black veins will easily develop)
-
Add an appropriate amount of sugar, but not too much. The pear itself is quite sweet.
-
Mash until all the sugar melts (after mixing, it can be refrigerated for a while for better consumption).
-
Peel the fragrant pears and cut into small pieces.
-
Mix well and serve.
