Plaid Bread
Overview
It’s been a while since I’ve seriously made interesting bread. I happened to receive a new mold, so I happily used it and made this little fresh plaid bread.

Put the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket in order of liquid first.

Mobile phone wifi activates the dough kneading function. Knead the dough until smooth.

Then add the diced butter and continue to select the dough function for about 15 minutes.

After kneading the dough, divide it into two parts, add matcha powder to one part and knead until even. Ferment until doubled in size.

Divide the two doughs equally into 24 small portions.

For each group of four small doughs, put the two colors into the mold crosswise.

Cover with plastic wrap until dough rises until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 15 minutes. You can check the depth of the color halfway. If the color is slightly colored, cover it with a layer of tin foil to prevent the color from over-baking.
