I bought a pack of sweet potato starch years ago, originally planning to use it in hot pot. Wu Nai has never been very cold, so he rarely cooks hot pot. It was fried and eaten directly.

All ingredients. Soak the sweet potato flour several hours in advance.

Boil the sweet potato starch until soft.

Chop the pork into minced meat, boil the soft sweet potato powder and drain the water.
