Pan-fried Pork Belly with Orange
Overview
Pork belly is my favorite. After adding orange, this dish is fruity and not greasy. It is also very simple to make. I recommend it to everyone~~

Prepare the ingredients;

Peel the orange;

Cut the orange peel into thin strips;

Cut the pork belly into thin slices;

Sprinkle the orange shreds onto the pork belly;

Cut the orange in half;

Squeeze the orange juice into the pork belly;

Chop the orange meat and sprinkle it all into the pork belly. Wrap the pork belly with orange juice and orange meat, then marinate it for more than 1 hour;

After marinating for 1 hour, remove all the orange flesh and pour out the excess orange juice, leaving only the orange shreds and a small part of the orange juice;

Add powdered sugar;

Add oyster sauce;

Add light soy sauce;

Add cooking wine;

Mix all seasonings and pork belly together;

Wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for more than 1 hour;

Heat oil in a pan (use a frying pan);

Add the pork belly and fry until the meat is translucent;

Heat another pot, add oil, add orange shreds and stir-fry;

Add the fried pork belly and orange shreds and stir-fry quickly;

Add Cointreau before serving to further enhance the aroma of the orange.
