My daughter doesn’t eat vegetables very much, so she put fungus and yam in the meatballs to enhance nutrition.

Peel the yam and chop into small pieces.

Soak the fungus and chop into pieces.

Chop the beef and add fungus, yam, and green onions. Chop into puree.

Add salt, oil and light soy sauce and stir evenly.

Hold the stuffing with your hands, squeeze the stuffing out from the tiger's mouth, and use a spoon to shape it into a round shape.

Place the prepared meatballs into a bowl.

Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for twenty minutes.

Ready to eat.
