Pour the milk into the milk pot and heat it, do not boil it.

Pour the heated milk into the bowl.

Take two egg whites and add sugar and mix well.

The milk forms a layer of milk skin on the top. Use chopsticks to open a small opening and pour out the milk. Leave a small amount of milk at the bottom to prevent the milk skin from sticking to the bowl.

Pour the egg whites into the milk and mix well.

Sieve the milk.

Pour slowly into the bowl so that the milk skin floats.

Cover with plastic wrap and steam for about 15 minutes.
