Fried rice cake
Overview
When making rice cakes, I originally prepared cabbage, meat and broccoli (the broccoli has been blanched in boiling water and is leftover from other dishes), but later I changed it temporarily and omitted these items.

Preparation: onions, carrots, onions, ginger, garlic, peppers, Korean rice cake spicy sauce for fried rice cakes, etc.

Slice the carrots; dice the onions; chop the onions, ginger, garlic, and peppers and set aside.

Purchased sliced rice cakes (or rice cake strips)

Cook for two to three minutes (depending on the freshness when you buy it)

Heat oil in a wok, sauté onion, ginger, garlic, and chili until fragrant; add carrots and stir-fry.

Add Korean rice cake hot sauce

Release water

After the water boils, add the cooked rice cake slices. Stir fry.
