Baby food supplement - shrimp and vegetable cakes
Overview
My baby's teething is too fast, and she likes to bite biscuits, which are crunchy, crunchy, and crispy. But every time she goes out to the door, she wants what others are eating, and stuffs it into her mouth when she wants it. But they have a lot of preservatives added, which is so unhealthy. Just in the past two days, the baby's grandfather caught some wild river shrimps from the river, and grandma also bought some domestic eggs from her aunt's house. Just in time, I made a cake suitable for babies over eight months old, which is both healthy and hygienic. (ps: Because my little Watermelon is only over nine months old, I basically don’t put salt or sugar in the food supplements I make for her. Older babies can put a little bit in it, but the version I made doesn’t! There’s also the pan I usually use to make baby food supplements. Because you don’t need to add oil, it’s healthier)

Steps

Prepare materials
-
Peel the shrimps alive, cook them and chop them into shrimp paste, soak the cabbage and mushrooms in water and chop them into pieces, and beat the eggs into egg liquid. (Generally, it is best not to eat egg whites for babies under ten months old. My little watermelon has only recently started to add egg whites. She is not allergic to them, so I have started to add egg whites)
-
Add the chopped vegetables and shrimp paste into the egg liquid
-
Add 3 tablespoons of flour (it will be drier here. The amount you add depends on the number of eggs. Too much flour will taste dry and the baby won’t like it. The flour flavor will overwhelm the egg flavor)
-
Then add 1-2 tablespoons of water, (don’t make it too thick, just a little thinner is fine)
-
Heat the pan (you can also not heat it. After it is heated, it will heat more evenly when you pour in the vegetable and egg liquid)
-
Add a spoonful of vegetable egg liquid, spread it into a round cake, and fry both sides until golden brown. (The size is up to you)

Here is a photo of my little watermelon foodie. Every time I make new food for her, she eats it with dignity. Haha, it’s great to have a foodie baby!
