  1. Wash the yellow peaches with cold water.

  2. Peel and cut yellow peaches into cubes and set aside.

  3. Put the rock sugar and water into the pot together, wait until the water boils and the rock sugar melts, add the sliced peaches and cook for 5 minutes

  4. Take it out and let it cool naturally.
