Pickled eggplant buds
Overview
I met a seller selling small eggplants on the street (the last eggplants on the eggplant tree) which were quite fresh. I suddenly remembered that my mother made this when I was a child, so I bought some and cooked it. In this era of abundant material, it is hard to say whether it is delicious or not. It is a childhood memory! One that will never be forgotten.
