Yuanyang hot pot soup base
Overview
The weather is getting colder and colder. If you don’t eat hot pot, how can you cope with the freezing weather? Today I have a homemade mandarin duck hot pot at home: half is the fragrant mushroom pot, and the other half is the spicy and tempting spicy soup pot.

First make the mushroom pot: add ginger slices and thick soup cubes to the water (it is recommended to add 2 thick soup cubes to 6 bowls of water)

Next, make the spicy pot: Heat the oil, add peppercorns and dried chili segments and fry until fragrant

Add bean paste, ginger and scallions and stir-fry

Add water and 2 thick soup cubes (it is recommended to add 2 thick soup cubes to 6 bowls of water)

Boil water and make thick soup
