Caterpillars were my favorite bread when I was a kid. The bread I made today is made with my favorite blueberries and cream.

98g high-gluten flour, 60g milk, 50g milk powder, 1g salt, 1g yeast, mix and knead into a ball;

Put 30 grams of water and 10 grams of fine sugar into a pot and bring to a boil, add 15 grams of butter and mix well, turn to low heat, add 20 grams of brushed low-gluten flour, and mix well without any particles;
