Stir milk, caster sugar and oil evenly.

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, add the egg yolks, and stir evenly. Add the beaten egg whites.

Pour the mixed cake batter into a 6-inch cake mold and put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes. While roasting, dice the fruit and prepare it.

After the cake is baked, cool it down and set aside. Use a knife to divide the cake into three layers and whip the cream. Spread cream on each cake layer and add diced fruit.
