Stir-fried pork belly with green beans
Overview
Bean is rich in protein and a small amount of carotene, vitamin B and vitamin C. It is a vegetable with high nutritional value. There are many cooking methods, including stir-frying, stewing, and deep-frying. Today, I used pork belly to stir-fry. It is a combination of meat and vegetables. It is rich in nutrients and goes well with rice.

Choose pork belly, alternate between fat and lean

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add light soy sauce and starch and marinate for 10 minutes
