Blanch the spareribs.

Winter melon.

Peel, core and cut the winter melon into cubes.

Put onion, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, aniseed, and cinnamon into a tea bag.

Put it into the pot, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.

After simmering the ribs for 10 minutes, add the winter melon and simmer for 20 minutes.

The soup is fresh and tender.
