Thousand layer green onion pancake
Overview
Every time I make wontons, there will be a little bit of wonton wrapper left over, and it’s troublesome to make fillings. I will use it up in a different way. This time I added chopped green onion and made a thousand-layer pancake. The texture is super delicious.

Chopped green onion and egg liquid

Add salt to the chopped green onion and mix well

Take a wonton wrapper and brush it with egg wash

Add the chopped green onions evenly

Then close the other wonton wrapper, brush it repeatedly with egg wash and chopped green onion. I stacked it in 5 layers in total

Finally, use a rolling pin to gently roll it out so that the layers are adhered

Pour oil into the pot

Heat the oil for 5 minutes and add the cake base
