Prepare materials. The clams you buy are spit-cleaned and there is no sand. Just wash the shells with clean water.

Cut the onion, ginger and pepper into shreds, heat the pan with cold oil, and sauté the onion, ginger and pepper shreds until fragrant.

Pour the clams into the pot and try to spread the bottom of the pot as evenly as possible

When the bottom of the clams changes color, stir-fry a few times to heat them evenly. Continue to stir-fry until the clams open their mouths and they are cooked and ready to be taken out of the pan. No need to add salt as the clams themselves are salty.
