Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket and turn on the kneading function, knead it into a smooth dough, add the butter cut into small pieces and continue kneading to the expansion stage. Leave it in a warm place to basically ferment until doubled in size, about 1 to 1.5 hours!

Take out the fermented dough, press to deflate, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 15 minutes!

Divide the relaxed dough into several small doughs!

Add 20 grams of softened butter, 20 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of shredded coconut. Stir them together to form a filling!

Take a piece of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin, spread the coconut filling, spread it evenly, roll it up and put it on the baking tray!

Place the shaped coconut dough in a warm place for secondary fermentation. After fermentation, brush the surface with egg wash!

The oven is 180 degrees. After preheating, put the coconut bread into the oven, turn the heat up and down, and it will be baked in about 20 minutes!
