Pork trotter rolls with scallion oil
Overview
The scallion oil pig's trotter roll has nothing to do with pig's trotters. This is a new style of flower roll created by a clever pastry master. Because the shape is somewhat similar to pig's trotters, it is called pig's trotters roll. After adding different auxiliary ingredients, a variety of pig trotter rolls emerge as the times require.
