Corn Braised Pork
Overview
My husband said he wanted to eat braised pork, but he also said it was too hot, so he shouldn’t cook it too hard. Haha, it’s quite demanding. I soaked the mushrooms and added two corns to make a healthy version of braised pork. It tasted fragrant but not greasy, and my husband was very satisfied with it.
