Grilled shrimp balls

Overview

I held an event before and the handmade meatballs were less than half the price, so I stocked up on a lot of them. These meatballs are very delicious and chewy. My daughter likes them very much, so I often make them for her. Make soup, braise it, put it in noodles, you can do it in various ways. Today I tried baking it in the oven. I just wanted to try it, but I didn't expect it to taste so good.

Steps

  1. After thawing the meatballs, rinse them with warm water. Poke holes in the meatballs with a toothpick. If you can't see the holes, just poke by feel.

  2. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce

  3. A pinch of salt.

  4. Appropriate amount of pepper

  5. Mix well. Marinate for half an hour.

  6. Arrange the marinated meatballs on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

  7. Add a little chili powder to an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

  8. Use a brush to remove the paprika-spiked cooking oil from each meatball. After preheating the upper and lower tubes of the aca North American Electric oven to 195 degrees, place the meatballs in the middle and set it for 20 minutes.

  9. After 10 minutes, stop the oven, take out the meatballs, brush them with oil again and sprinkle with appropriate amount of cumin. (aca oven has a pause function.)

  10. Place the meatballs into the oven again, press start, and continue baking for 10 minutes!

  11. The outside is a little burnt, but the inside is chewy and tastes great. 8 pieces are not enough to eat.
