  2. Peel the zucchini and grate with a grater.

  3. Take a large bowl, add ice water and a little salt, put the zucchini shreds in, and cook for ten minutes.

  5. Take a small bowl and prepare the sauce. I used sweet, salt, vinegar, light soy sauce and sesame oil. This should be adjusted according to your own taste. If you like the taste, add more seasonings. Of course, adjust it within a moderate range.
