Pumpkin two-color steamed buns
Overview
The pumpkin two-color steamed buns are soft and delicious, with a hint of sweetness. My family likes them very much.

Steps
-
Slice the pumpkin and steam it in a pot.
-
Stir the pumpkin into a puree, add yeast, flour and make a dough to rise. Then add a piece of white dough and ferment until it doubles the size of the original dough.
-
Take out the dough, add a little flour and knead until fully deflated.
-
Roll the dough into separate pieces, overlap them, and roll them up.
-
Cut into pieces, let stand in a warm place for about 15 minutes, and let rise again.
-
Add water to the pot and heat it up, put a cloth on the steamer, put the steamed buns in, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes.
-
After turning off the heat, simmer for 3 minutes before taking out the steamed buns.
