Meatball and Carrot Soup
Overview
They say that eating carrots in winter and eating ginger in summer! If you have a bowl of radish in winter, remember to add pepper to make it delicious!

Prepare the ingredients. If there are soaked mushrooms in water, you can add a few to make them more fragrant.

Peel and shred the white radish, heat the pan with oil, add chopped garlic and shredded radish, stir-fry until soft, add a little fish sauce

Add water and bring to boil

Pour into the soup pot (it’s better to use a casserole! Mine is a bit smaller), add the meatballs, cover and cook for about ten minutes, add salt and pepper (preferably whole and freshly chopped) and that’s it! If you like chopped green onion, you can add a little more. Some people in my family don’t eat it, so I didn’t add it!
