Dried tofu skin, set aside.

Soak the dried tofu skin in warm water and squeeze it dry after soaking.

Wash, peel and shred the pumpkin and set aside.

Slice garlic and cut red pepper into sections and set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and chili and saute until fragrant, then add pumpkin shreds and bean skins, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, and stir-fry for a while.
