Prepare a small yellow croaker

Scale and eviscerate

Clean the fish and cut it into pieces

Marinate with light soy sauce, cooking wine, onions, ginger and garlic for ten minutes

Wipe off excess water from the marinated fish and pat the starch evenly

Heat the oil in the pan, fry the fish until golden brown on both sides and serve aside

In a separate pan, add onion, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, and salt. Add a small amount of water and stir-fry for about a minute to thicken
