Braised Crispy Pork
Overview
Fried crispy pork can be eaten in two parts: the fried crispy pork can be eaten directly, crispy and fragrant; the crispy pork can also be stewed with cabbage and tomatoes.

Cut the pork into strips and put it in a bowl, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger, and peppercorns and marinate. Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of starch and mix well.

Put it in a frying pan over low heat and fry slowly until it turns yellow. Take it out.

Shred the cabbage into large pieces with your hands, cut the tomatoes into large pieces, and chop the green onion and ginger.

Sauté onions and ginger until fragrant.

Stir-fry the cabbage.

Fry the tomatoes until soft.

Pour boiling water to cover vegetables.

Cover the pot with crispy pork and simmer until the water boils.

Sprinkle with pepper before serving.

Pour in the vinegar.

Just add a pinch of salt.
