Materials required. Put the pork belly into the refrigerator to freeze for half an hour

Take out the pork belly and cut into thin slices. Cut the green and red peppers and garlic sprouts diagonally. Separate the roots and leaves of the garlic sprouts. Chop the onions and garlic and set aside.

Pour a small amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger and salt into the pork belly and marinate.

Pour a small amount of oil into the wok, heat the oil and pour in the marinated pork belly and stir-fry until the pork belly changes color and the fat in the meat seeps out. Drain and set aside.

Leave oil at the bottom of the pot, add chopped green onion and minced garlic over low heat and stir-fry until fragrant.
