Overview
The weather is getting colder day by day, and my family likes food with strong flavors. The vegetarian chicken is fried and braised together with the duck legs. It tastes great! !

Heat a pan, pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil, add the vegetarian chicken slices, and fry the front and back until brown and fragrant.

Leave some base oil in the pot, stir-fry the duck pieces (to remove the moisture)

Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes until the soup is reduced!
