Prepare the ingredients and weigh out the amount

Put all the flour, eggs, yeast, sugar, milk, and salt in a basin, and slowly add warm water

Knead into a smooth dough

Add softened butter

Knead the dough repeatedly until it reaches the expansion stage (if you have a bread machine, you can leave it to it)

Put it into a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for about an hour and a half. When the dough has doubled in size, use your fingers to poke a hole in the middle. It will not shrink or collapse

Put it into a baking pan, put it in the oven, set the fermentation speed, and let it rise for twenty minutes

After it has risen, use a small fork to poke holes

Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with chopped green onion and black sesame seeds

Place in the oven at 180 degrees, middle rack, and bake for 13 minutes, until the surface is colored
