Grape leaf meat roll
Overview
Turks like to eat vegetable rolls. Cabbage, mustard greens, and even pumpkin flowers can be used as rolled leaves. Beef and rice are added with different seasonings to make fillings, rolled into shapes, and cooked in a pot. Vegetarian strudel with olive oil is a popular cold appetizer; meat strudel is a hot meal that is suitable for all ages. This grape leaf meat roll is my favorite leaf cabbage. When you bite into a hot vegetable roll, the unique fragrance of the grape leaves is revealed in the soft and tender taste of the beef filling. After chewing a few more times, the rich taste lingers on your lips and teeth, making you unable to stop eating.
