Overview
I have no appetite for anything in the summer, so making this noodle is nutritious, a combination of meat and vegetables, and simple, and you can make a complete meal with just one dish.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Green beans, potatoes, pork belly and noodles are ready
-
Wash the vegetables, cut them and prepare them
-
First drop a little oil, less oil, to draw out the oil from the pork belly. After heating the oil, pour in the pork belly and fry until it changes color and turns golden
-
Then add garlic cloves and green beans and stir-fry until the green beans change color
-
Fry potatoes over low heat for 1-2 minutes
-
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and white sugar, stir-fry for about 1 minute, add boiling water, and cover with vegetables. If you like spicy food, you can increase the spiciness at this time. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer
-
Ladle half of the soup from the noodle pot into another pot
-
Pour in the noodles, reduce the heat to low and simmer slowly.
-
The juice from both sides is reduced at the same time and you can mix it. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions and braised beans and noodles.
