Passionate Brownie
Overview
On a hot summer afternoon, it feels so good to cut a few slices of refrigerated brownie, serve it with an ice cream ball, and have a cup of coffee~~ Although a lot of sugar is added when making the brownie, because it is 66% pure dark chocolate, it does not feel very sweet when you eat it~ Ingredients: 37g pure dark chocolate, 65g butter, 1 egg, 60g caster sugar, 35g low-gluten flour, 40g walnut kernels

Put the newly peeled walnut kernels into the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes

Let cool slightly, then gently rub off the skin and set aside

Place a layer of oil paper inside the mold and set aside

Pour 66% pure dark chocolate and butter into a small bowl

Heat over water and melt into liquid state, pour into a small basin

Add an egg

Add sugar

Mix well

Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix roughly until there is no dry powder

Pour in walnut kernels

Stir slightly and mix well

Pour the batter into the mold

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes

Leave to cool

After unmoulding, place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
