  1. Separate egg yolks.

  2. There is no milk at home, so I use milk powder and water instead.

  3. Mix the beaten egg liquid with milk.

  4. Stir the egg milk mixture evenly.

  5. Put the small pot on the fire, simmer slowly over low heat, stirring constantly. When the inner edge of the small pot is slightly boiling, raise the pot a little higher, about 10 cm away from the stove, continue stirring, and increase the stirring speed until the custard becomes thick and remove from the heat. Then close the lid and wait for the custard to cool naturally. (This step is the most important step in making ice cream. It must be simmered over low heat so that the egg and water will not separate.)

  6. Add passion fruit jam to the cooled custard.

  7. Mix well.

  8. Add 30 grams of white sugar to the light cream and beat until 6-7.

  9. Pour the custard into the whipped cream and stir evenly.

  10. Place in a container and freeze in the refrigerator. I was still too lazy and didn't stir it. I just let the room warm up for 10 minutes before eating.
